Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before engaging the services of HO Hari Om Interior. These terms govern the relationship between Hari Om Interior and its clients and outline the rights and obligations of both parties.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Hari Om Interior (referred to as "the Company", "we", or "us") for any interior design, manufacturing, or installation services, you ("Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Scope of Services
Our services include, but are not limited to, interior design consultation, space planning, turnkey project execution, modular furniture manufacturing (kitchens, wardrobes, cabinetry), lighting design, and on-site installation. The specific scope shall be defined in a written project proposal or agreement signed by both parties.
3. Project Quotation & Payment
All project quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Work commences only after receipt of the agreed advance payment. Payment milestones will be defined in the project contract. Final payment is due upon project completion before handover.
4. Design & Intellectual Property
All design concepts, drawings, mood boards, and specifications created by Hari Om Interior remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received. Upon completion of payment, design rights are transferred to the Client.
5. Project Timeline
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and may be affected by factors beyond our control including material supply delays, site access restrictions, or client-initiated design changes. The Company will communicate any timeline revisions promptly.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing timely access to the site, making decisions within agreed timelines, supplying accurate site measurements if required, and ensuring compliance with building regulations or housing society rules relevant to the work.
7. Warranties
We provide a 5-year warranty on German-hardware fittings (hinges, channels, hydraulics) used in modular furniture. Workmanship warranty is 1 year from project handover. Warranties are void if damage arises from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or natural disasters.
8. Limitation of Liability
Hari Om Interior's liability shall be limited to the value of the services provided under the project contract. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, design choices, or third-party material defects.
9. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Advance payments for design work already completed are non-refundable. For manufacturing orders already in production, cancellation charges apply as per the project agreement.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
11. Amendments
Hari Om Interior reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
